On-Site Auction Schedule

For New Buyers:

Please follow these simple rules:

1. All new buyers will be required to leave a deposit if you purchase a room. The deposit is refunded after all items are removed from the location.
2. All monies due must be paid immediately upon the completion of the auction.  You may be required to remit the winning bid on knock-down.
3. Be careful bidding, and pay attention. A winning bid cannot be withdrawn and you will be responsible for paying the winning bid.
4. For the most part, you will be bidding on everything that is in the storage unit.
